Bug#796077: clanlib-doc: documentation loads remote logo (privacy breach)

While preparing a team upload for the libstdc++ transition I noticed that
every documentation page loads http://clanlib.org/gfx/clanlib.png.
This is a policy violation (it compromises user privacy) and is flagged
as an error by Lintian.

I'm not fixing this myself because I've spent too long on this package
already, and there are a lot more libstdc++ transitions to go.
