liballegro4-dev conflicts with liballegro5-dev in jessie?

Hello,

I am a regular within the Allegro game programming community and today
I noticed that the 4 packages conflict with the 5 packages. As far as
I know there should be no conflict between them so I'm not sure why
they're marked conflicting in Debian. Does anybody know? Or is it
possibly a bug in the packages that can be easily fixed? Thanks.

P.S., I am also the [inactive, lazy] maintainer of the Allegro 5
packages in Fedora.
