Bug#800329: skstream: Package skstream is deprecated upstream

For the record, this package can be removed once all of the following packages
are in unstable:

1) cyphesis 0.6.3
2) ember 0.8.0
3) eris 1.4

At that point, skstream will have no reverse dependencies and there will be no
point in having it in the archive. It should stay in older releases since the
above packages are unlikely to be backported.
