Bug#810852: renpy: please package the latest upstream release

I have tried to package the latest upstream release which is 6.99.8 as
of today but I noticed that it requires a new build-dependency.
pygame_sdl2. It can be downloaded from

http://www.renpy.org/latest.html

That would also allow us to switch to SDL2. I have pushed everything
to the experimental branch but I haven't checked if the ffmpeg patches
are still necessary with this version.
