goplay with significantly reduced dependencies

Hello,

I've committed a change to goplay that significantly reduced its
dependencies, removing wibble and tagcoll. It's work that I did some
time ago, but I delayed committing waiting for libept 1.1 to be in sid,
and then forgot committing altogether.

I've also removed myself from the Uploaders: field, see [1] for details.

Feel free to still get in touch if you need help with tweaks or changes
to the search backend in goplay.
