This warning is harmless. The fact that it is not silenced was a bug in
AppArmor, which has now been fixed (but game-data-packager won't pick up
the fix until next time it is released, because of the way debhelper-managed
maintainer scripts work).
It is not true that the postinst fails: if it did, you would see messages
like "subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
status 1".

It definitely shouldn't do that. Nobody should install the apparmor
package unless they actually want to use the apparmor LSM.
