Bug#828036: glfw: do not ship with stretch

glfw2 has been dead upstream since 2013 and has been superseded by
glfw3. Now that all the reverse dependencies have patches, I think that
it should be fairly straightforward to remove it for stretch.

These are the reverse-dependencies which need to be fixed:

After those have been fixed, I'll reassign this bug to ftp.debian.org.
