Bug#853011: irrlicht FTCBFS: uses the build architecture compiler

irrlicht fails to cross build from source, because it uses the build
architecture compiler. Fortunately, dh_auto_build knows how to pass
cross compilers for the makefile buildsystem, so indirecting the
explicit $(MAKE) invocations through dh_auto_build is sufficient for
making cross builds succeed. Please consider applying the attached
patch.
