Debian package for inksmoto

Hello,

I'm indeed the author of inksmoto. But it has been seven years since the
last release and I didn't touch the code ever since...

For what I remember the Debian package for Inksmoto was very simple back
then, it had the Inkscape plugin directory hard coded in it and it would
just copy the Inksmoto files in it.

The last version of Inkscape that I've tested Inksmoto with was 0.48.2, and
now they are at version 0.92.1, I don't know if Inksmoto still even works
with the new version... (In Inksmoto I'm only implementing a subset of the
SVG specification, just enough to interpret the SVG files produced by
Inkscape, and maybe they are now using more stuffs of the spec and produce
SVG files not handled by Inksmoto (they did it between 0.47 and 0.48 for
example)).

For the lack of figures on the wiki I've just tested and they are displayed:

I'm adding Nicolas to the email, he was developing Xmoto with me back in
the days.
