Bug#865839: marsshooter: Should show up in arkade game submenu - need desktop category

In KDE, the menu item for marsshooter show up directly under the "Games"
menu, instead of showing up alongside the other arkade games in the
Arcade submenu.  The reason for this is the value in the Categories
field of the desktop file.  It currently look like this:

  Categories=Game;ActionGame;

Please change it to include the arcade category (and add the Application
category for good measure):

  Categories=Application;Game;ActionGame;ArcadeGame;
