Julien, that's simply not true.

We have been consistently treating FTBFS bugs in the Arch:all
autobuilder (either because they actually happened or just because
we know they would happen if the package were uploaded in source-only form)
as both serious and RC, I specifically asked for such paragraph to be
interpreted as including the Arch:all autobuilder.

Emilio said that the paragraph did not require modification to be
interpreted that way, it was implicit:

Also, please take a look at all the Arch:all bugs that we have already
submitted as RC, already with Release Maintainer's approval:

If you disagree with the rest of the Release Managers, please discuss
about this with them first, or ask Emilio (who I'm adding to Cc now).

Alternatively, please do something about #844264 so that we can avoid
discussions like this in the future.
