Updating mupen64plus-qt

Hello,

Is it possible to get mupen64plus-qt (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mupen64plus-qt) updated within the repositories? The updated package of the latest version is already here: https://mentors.debian.net/package/mupen64plus-qt

I'm the developer of it. 1.10 is the latest version of the application and fixes several bugs. I've already had someone request a PPA for this application since the repositories are so far behind, but a much better solution is to just have the latest version in the repositories.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to assist getting this up to date.
