Note that the licensing for abuse sounds is "non-free" according to
Debian Free Software Guidelines. Accordingly, the abuse sounds are in
the non-free repo of Debian and multiverse repository in Ubuntu. Most
likely, abuse-sfx can not be made a depend/recommend because of
licensing issues, but I will leave the bug open until someone more
legally knowledgeable confirms that.
