How about a patch to ganeti ./configure to change the default and the
possibility for the administrator to change it at cluster init time?

This is not a big deal for exports, as it's just an effect of running the
program, but might be for the OS script... we might want them at least to reside
in /usr/share/ganeti/, as that's a place we can actually put them in, when we'll
package them... Another possibility would be to look for them either in /srv,
/usr, or /usr/local... Now that I think about it this might be the best
option...

Exports can stay by default in /srv/, as long as we don't do anything there at
package install time I guess and it's an administrative choice (even if it's a
choice we recommend)
