Hi,
ganeti's crontab should check for executable presence and/or if it is
executable, something like

PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin
# restart failed instances
*/5 * * * * root [ -x /usr/local/sbin/ganeti-watcher ] && /usr/local/sbin/ganeti-watcher

(the usr/local path seems to be wrong, though)
