Currently, we have FTBFS on s390, hppa, sparc, mipsel for this same
reason.

I have found that Debian guys did much work for this library and we
have libatomic-ops-dev in Debian.

I try use of pre-installed libatomic-ops instead of the one of Gauche.
That's will be 0.9-2.
