Those two might be lintian errors. The manpages are encoded in UTF-8. Is there 
information on what the policy is? In Fedora, all manpages are in UTF-8. For 
etch, I found such a move in the release goals, but no policy information.

We could ignore the manpage warnings because 0.0.14 will come with manpages. 
Or we could all include them as a huge patch.
The dresden game will be removed, it's an early stupid python programming 
example :-)
