[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#798597: imagemagick-dbg: blocks upgrades / cannot be installed

Thanks for the bug report

I think it is a depends problem due to gcc5. Will get a glimpse.

Imagemagick will use soon ddeb so maybe I will close this bug by using
ddebs and removing debug package
