Package: dia-gnome
Version: 0.93-6
Severity: minor
File: /usr/bin/dia-gnome

The label shows as Cibern=C3=A9tica instead of Cibern=E9tica, which seems to
be the latin-1 representation of the bytes conforming the UTF-8 of the
latter. All other labels are properly shown.

What surprises me the most is that I unmsgfmt'd the dia.mo file and
found out that the label seems to be properly encoded, so I'm at loss
here.

Below is my locale information, so you can reproduce it in your system.
