Bug#271751: missing entity errors on a normal sarge update

I saw similar errors last night doing an apt-get -f dist-upgrade
on an existing sarge system (not a new install, not an upgrade
from woody; this sarge is fairly current, and had been last
dist-upgraded maybe 3 weeks ago).

Many many many pages of errors all like this one:

/usr/share/gnome/help/grecord/de/grecord.xml: 325: parser error : Entity 'auml' not defined
followed by the line containing the entity.

The errors came from lots of different gnome apps: not all from the
same gnome package, but even simple things like gedit.

Past dist-upgrades on this machine have not generated errors of
this sort; this is new this month.
