Because otherwise there's no guarantee that someone will install the
libgdkcardimage0 generated by the same gnome-games package.

Right now, since the control file has no version for this dependency,
libgdkcardimage0 was not updated from 2.4.x, which prevented the card games from
gnome-games 2.6.x from working at all.
