Bug#252324: capplets-data: Xresources file in the wrong place

In capplets 2.4.0-4 Xresources file have been moved from
/usr/share/control-center-2.0/xrdb to /etc/gnome/config

In that package I see that files are still in
/usr/share/control-center-2.0/xrdb and should be removed.
