Please support your statement with the appropriate Policy section.  If
necessary, propose a GR to change Policy.

That's why they were submitted as minor (wishlist) bugs.

A manpage bug won't keep the package out of stable.  It will note lack
of a manpage, until close by inclusion of a manpage.
