Running gnome-file-types-properties and attempting to create a
new service works fine:  one gets a window in which one can
enter name, protocol, program to run, etc.

But OTOH, attempting to add a new file type has no result;
no window appears, nothing happens.  When run from a terminal,
upon clicking on "Add File Type", the following error message
appears:

(gnome-file-types-properties:32767): GLib-GObject-WARNING **:
g_object_set_valist: construct property "is-add" for object
`MimeEditDialog' can't be set after construction

This will appear over and over, once each time you futilely
click "Add File Type".
