Bug#253684: gnome-themes-extras: Nuvola and other themes not inheriting icons from gnome

After upgrading to current version, Nuvola misses some icons like Floppy
and CD-DROM in Computer (gnome-2.6), Mouse and Keyboard Desktop Preferences,
and worse still, attachments in evolution are often invisible.

Looking at index.theme of SphereCrystal icon theme, I can see
Inherits=gnome is not in Nuvola and Lush etc. After adding those
manually, all icons are displayed.

Maybe caused (intentially?) by the line stated in changelog:
+ */icons/index.theme.in: remove Inherits stuff, it shouldn't be here.
