Bug#253684: gnome-themes-extras: Nuvola and other themesnotinheriting icons from gnome

Here is a list of icons I know missing from Nuvola:

. Preferences/Keyboard
. Preferences/Mouse
. Computer/Floppy
. Computer/CD-ROM

Related to evolution attachment, I was trying to attach .xls files,
but it seems lots of MIME icons are missing like .c, .pl, .h, .o,
.conf etc.

The strange thing for evolution is, tough .xls has an icon, the
attachment doesn't have an icon. Maybe it's using a different name
or method to get the icon? This happens for other icons like .txt, .pdf
... I'm running evolution 1.3.6
