Bug#244691: rhythmbox: VBR mp3s play too fast

In 0.8, I haven't noticed the speedup problem (but I didn't write down
exactl what songs were doing this), but I do notice a problem where many
songs have popping, like a bad rip, in them.  But its not the mp3, it's
a software issue.  I did the above and got:
