Bug#249188: gnome-panel: Would be nice to have a 'About Debian', next to 'About GNOME'

The GNOME panel has a nice 'About GNOME' box, which first explains what
GNOME is all about and then scrolls by all the GNOME developers.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a similar 'About Debian' box in the context
menu which would explain what Debian is and then scroll by the
developers?
