Define soon? It isn't in incoming, and I guess it needs a few dependencies
getting in first anyway.
And currently nothing that links to libgnomeui (and uses pkg-config, but
I doubt that there are few which do the former but not the latter) can
build because of this, so it is rather serious. Can another 2.4 bonoboui
upload be made to unstable ASAP, until 2.6 gets in?

(I guess the quick fix is to temporarily add libsm-dev to some
Build-Depends...)
