Bug#251312: gnome-cups-manager should conflict with gnome-printinfo and eggcups

Hi,

gnome-cups-manager replaces eggcups and gnome-printinfo but with current
dependancies in my system exist all three packages:

Problem is, that gnome-cups-manager should not only replace gnome-printinfo and
eggcups, but also conflict with these packages, so gnome-printinfo and eggcups
will be removed automatically during install of gnome-cups-manager.
