Bug#251443: gnome-utils: gfloppy does not create filesystem

The gfloppy formatter does not create a filesystem, although it says the
formatting was successful. There's no output to the console when I run
it from an xterm. I always have to open a terminal window and issue a
superformat /dev/fd0 to get everything right.

What surprises me is that I don't see references to this bug among the
Debian bug reports or the GNOME bug reports.
