Great, but I think it helps the bug submitters more by forwarding the
changelog of the package that closed this bug to the -done adresses.
This way, I cannot easily track which package/which upload fixed my
particular bug, thus cannot verify it. Also, I cannot see in what
fashion my bug was closed, was it rendered irrelevant, was it fixed, or
was a particular feature simply removed?

Also, if you use the -v option to dpkg-buildpackage correctly, you
wouldn't need to manually close bugs that are in fact closed by a
upload. (Manual tagging, what's that?)

I'd appreciate a more helpful closing message.
