Bug#274576: gweather-applet2: No locations available in preferences menu

The weather applet was not fetching weather data (always showing a
question mark), so I removed and reinstalled gnome-applets and
gnome-applets-data.

Now when I go to select a location from the weather applet's
preferences dialog, there are no locations listed at all.
