Package: gnome-applets
Version: 2.6.2.1-1
Severity: normal
File: /usr/lib/gnome-applets/multiload-applet-2

The multiload-applet seems to make the splashscreen hang. Symtoms:
 * Splashscreen hangs :-)
 * In gnome-session-properties, the multiload-applet has a time symbol
   instead of a running symbol
 * gnome-sessin-save won't save before gnome-session gives up waiting
   for the applet and removes the splash screen.

My assumption is that the applet somehow needs to tell the session that
it is done loading.

Thx

Hi,

since a few days, this bug does not exist any more. I did not check what
upload fixed it, but I don't care :-)
