You've just moved the problem instead of fixing it ...

And that was not a good suggestion, now you have a broken system and the
problem is hidden because of your hack.

The PYTHONPATH export.


If you want to solve it, try in the right way. What's happening if you
remove the PYTHONPATH export and try to run gdesklets start from a
gnome-terminal ?
