Hello Andreas,

The distribution menu is not the Debian menu. This is a crippled menu
implementation to make easy for distro to add menu entries.

Fortunately, we will not need to use it anymore, Debian menu can
generate menus in freedesktop menu format already, and produce better results
than with the distribution menu format.

Unfortunately at this point, the Debian menu in GNOME is implemented
using this crippled menu and GNOME do not support freedesktop menu yet.

We can however make Debian menu generate menu in the vfolder format, if
I find someone willing to explain the vfolder specification.
