Package: librsvg2
Version: 2.7.2-5
Severity: minor, wishlist

My distribution: testing (sarge), almost fully up-to-date with archives.

Upgrading librsvg2 to new upstream release. I noted that there wree some
problems with SVG rasterizing in 2.7.2. so I decided to try 2.8.1.
It worked fine, and it renders SVG mush better than 2.7.2.

It would be nice to upgrade in the official repository.

Here is the log for my uupdate:

terceiro@boipeba:~/src/librsvg/librsvg2-2.7.2$ uupdate librsvg-2.8.1.tar.bz2
New Release will be 2.8.1-1.
Symlinking to pristine source from librsvg2_2.8.1.orig.tar.gz...
uupdate: can't preserve pristine sources from non .tar.gz upstream archive!
Continuing anyway...
-- Untarring the new sourcecode archive librsvg-2.8.1.tar.bz2
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file rsvg-filter.c.rej
uupdate: the diffs from version 2.7.2-5 did not apply cleanly!
Rejected diffs are in ./rsvg-filter.c.rej
Remember: Your current directory is the OLD sourcearchive!
Do a "cd ../librsvg2-2.8.1" to see the new package
(Did you see the warnings above?)

The rejected diff is the patch for sodipodi bad SVG, which was already
incorporated by the upstream.

After this, build ocurred without problems.
