If I do what you do, I've the same result.
Whan I've reported the problem, I was using only the keyboard, not the =20
mouse.
I was doing ctrl-C / ctrl-V from an apllication to an other one (from =20
gedit to balsa or from balsa to balsa) and the insertion point was not =20
the point where the cursor is displayed.
