Bug#278342: mozilla-bonobo: fails to register mime types

Justification: renders package unusable

I'm not sure when this started - Probably since I upgraded to GNOME 2.8.
However, mozilla-bonobo now fails to register itself for any mime type.
It has simply stopped working alltogether.

In any browser I tried, (firefox, mozilla, konqueror) I read in the
plugins list:

Mozilla-Bonobo 0.4.1

    Dateiname: libmozilla_bonobo.so
    This plugin uses GNOME Bonobo controls to display content inline.

Rebuilding against current GNOME 2.8 from experimental does not change
anything.

If you have any advise how I can help debugging this situation, please
let me know.
