Bug#270373: gdm should depend on xterm (not in alternative group)

gdm should depend upon xterm.  It does so now, but only in a "|" group
that can be satisfied by other things.  The reason that xterm should
be a dependency by itself so that it is always there is that the
failsafe session uses it.

As of this writing, installing with debian-installer and selecting
Desktop, one is left with a gdm with which selecting a failsafe
session does not work.
