That is a version from February. librsvg2-common 2.6.4-4 and newer depend on
libgtk2.0-bin which includes /usr/sbin/update-gdkpixbuf-loaders.

Please confirm that this problem is no longer reproducible once you've
updated to current sarge or sid.
