Sorry to add a new mail :)

The fix can be modifying the libatk1.0-doc.install file to move documentation
directly to the normal dir expected by the doc-base file.

The line would be:
> debian/tmp/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/atk usr/share/doc/libatk1.0-doc/
