Bug#272184: nautilus-cd-burner: hangs 100% CPU when /tmp gets full

After several successful burns, I tried another. 
I selected files, and clicked "burn CD". After 30-60 seconds of
whirring, the progress bar for "Writing CD image" came up. It never
showed above 0%. The system stayed 100% CPU, with no progress.

I determined that /tmp had filled up. It seems this stymied
nautilus-cd-burner. I cleared /tmp and was trying again when I
completely lost nautilus. Gone. No restart. I presume that if I logout
and login then all will be well.

*Possibly* related to #219857.

Thanks for a great utility. Sorry to find a glitch.
