Bug#272070: totem: Crashes whenever audio cannot be opened

Not only when there are no permissions, but it will crash as well if
the audio device cannot be opened because it is already in use by
another application.  Ideally it could open a dialog box with
options, something like

- play silently
- try opening audio device again
- quit

although just not crashing would be sweet too.
