Bug#272068: gnome-terminal: feature request: colored tab titles

It would be very nice if gnome-terminal could change the color of the
titles of a tab, like multi-gnome-terminal does. 

Eg, if a tab that is not in focus (user is not working in that tab atm),
it's title is initially black. If however, there is some activity on
that tab (screen updates), the color of the title changes to red. After
0.5 or 1 seconds of inactivity on that tab, it changes to blue.

This can be very useful when downloading files or keeping track of
logfiles.
