Bug#273429: modemlights: incorrect connected time in tooltip

The Modem Lights applet v2.0 does not show the right connected time in 
its tooltip when I bring the mouse over it. For connect durations less 
than an hour, the time remains 0:00, while beyond an hour, the hour 
field is updated, but the minutes field gets a negative value, like 
1:-59
