Bug#321741: gnome-system-tools: shares-admin hangs after startup

After shares-admin launches, the window hangs, making it unusable. This happens just after the main window
is displayed, as root or as normal user.

Please find attached the strace log (I include everything as I am not sure of what could be wrong - just noticed
a segfault at the end).
