Bug#311252: Sarge: gconfd-2 isn't stopped when users logout

I was wrong here, as mozilla-firefox-gnome-support uses it. The bug is
really in gconf2.

Yes, this bug is fixed in gconf2 2.10.1-1, currently in incoming.
