Bug#311207: gnome-applets: seeing this too

I too see this, but only on one computer.  This computer has a new sarge
install.  I did accidentally upgrade to testing, but then downgraded to
sarge using /etc/apt/preferences.  Thought it might be because of that,
so I deleted ~/.gnome2/stickynotes_applet after removing the applet from
my panel.  On reboot, the notes were not where they were supposed to be.

This seems to show up only on reboot.  Just logging out or restarting X
doesn't trigger the bug.  Rebooting via gdm or from the command line
triggers the bug.  My other computer used an nvidia chipset, whereas
this is an ati radeon 7500.
