Bug#331279: Package upgrade

Hi,

I have just some problems with the 2.9.5 packages of librsvg2.
One of the maintainers told me that this version is buggy and pretty
much outdated, not to be used anymore. He strongly recommended the 
2.12.x tree.

When will the 2.12 packages be available in the unstable tree? Where
would I find those experimental packages (not found on the local
debian mirror...).
